Since the restructuring of the big three, the industry is now producing cars that are fuel efficient, reducing emissions, and cars like hybrid and electric ones that take alternative fuels (Franchise Direct, 2003-2009). Adapting to Changing Markets Globalization has affected Ford’s business strategies because they expanded operations worldwide. Ford manufactures and distributes automobiles in 200 markets on six continents and has 108 plants worldwide. Introduction When it comes to controversial topics in today’s society, there are so many that it can be difficult to be a straight shooter. Among all of them, however, debate over gun control has been prevalent for so long, it is something many people can easily set their sights on. It is an issue everybody should have an opinion on, as it is vastly important, potentially threatening, and all too present in modern society.
